    FDI enterprises with nearly 19,000 employees in Thanh Hoa simultaneously launched a general cleaning campaign, building a green, clean and safe working environment.

    On December 15, the Trade Union of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. announced that it had organized a general environmental sanitation launching ceremony in 2025, responding to the movement "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene".

    The activity is included in the 2025 work plan, while implementing the environmental protection action coordination program, towards the goal of sustainable development among workers, civil servants and laborers.

    Mr. Nguyen Van Ty - Chairman of the Trade Union of Rollsport Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. - said that building a green, clean and beautiful working environment not only contributes to improving health and labor productivity but also demonstrates the responsibility of each cadre and worker in building the image of a friendly FDI enterprise with sustainable development.

    Currently, the company has nearly 19,000 employees. In recent times, the enterprise has implemented many solutions to improve the working environment such as upgrading the waste collection system, enhancing factory hygiene, investing in equipment to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, maintaining "Factory Hygiene Day", planting trees in the premises and forming a habit of maintaining hygiene among the workforce.

    At the same time, the company actively responds to environmental protection activities such as "Earth Hour", "World Environment Day"; organizes cleaning inside and outside the factory, collects waste, cycling to promote environmental protection awareness in the community.

    Immediately after the launching ceremony, 250 union members and workers participated in planting 50 trees, and at the same time organized a general cleaning of the entire factory area and Hoang Long Industrial Park. Teams simultaneously collected garbage, cleaned internal roads, renovated the landscape, and created a vibrant competitive atmosphere.

    General environmental sanitation activities in 2025 continue to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying businesses in building a green, clean and safe working environment, contributing to the implementation of sustainable development goals.
