On November 16, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that the grassroots trade union of Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company has just held the 8th Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress was attended by comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor.
The Company's Trade Union currently has 260 union members. In the 2023 - 2025 period, despite many difficulties, thanks to solidarity and efforts, the unit has maintained stable production and business, ensuring jobs and income for workers. Average income reaches 7.7 million VND/person/month.
In recent years, the Company's Trade Union has focused on taking care of union members' lives through activities such as periodic health check-ups, organizing Tet for workers, union meals during the "Workers' Month", vacation programs; ensuring full salary, bonus, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and timely visits when union members are sick or in trouble.
In the 2023-2025 period alone, the Trade Union has mobilized a total of more than VND2.9 billion to care for workers.
The Trade Union also coordinates with the professional sector to organize annual Workers' conferences and sign Collective Labor Agreements to protect the legitimate and legal rights of workers.
The 8th Congress is an opportunity for the Company's Trade Union to determine goals and solutions for the new term, continue to accompany businesses, focus on building a strong trade union organization and aim for many innovations and breakthroughs for union members and workers.
