In order to arouse the spirit of physical exercise to improve the health of workers, contributing to creating an enthusiastic competitive atmosphere for production workers at enterprises, the Trade Union of Uju Vina Company Limited organized the 6th Sports Festival in 2025 with the participation of more than 300 officers and employees.
To encourage and motivate officers and workers to participate in the competition, the Organizing Committee has introduced diverse and rich competition events, with competitions including: Football, badminton, tug of war, relay running, sack jumping, mini games with closed eyes and drums.
The Organizing Committee will arrange a scientific and reasonable competition schedule to ensure that athletes participating in the competition are not interrupted in production as well as be able to participate in competitions and cheer for participating teams.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the leaders of the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province thanked the Board of Directors of Uju Vina Company Limited for always coordinating with the grassroots trade union to organize activities to care for workers.
The sports festival is also an opportunity to connect union members, creating motivation for workers to work creatively and contribute to the common development of businesses.
