On February 18, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said that during the 2026 Lunar New Year, trade union levels in the province have focused resources on caring for and supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances, helping them celebrate Tet more fully.
Specifically, the "Tet Sum vay" program was organized in 2 areas with 720 gifts, with a total budget of more than 510 million VND; the Provincial Labor Federation directly organized 2 programs, awarding 600 gifts, with a budget of 480 million VND.
In addition, Tet care activities were implemented for 9,590 union members and workers with a total budget of nearly 12 billion VND. The Trade Union also coordinated to visit and wish Tet to 50 workers of Dak Lak Urban Environment Management Joint Stock Company who worked throughout New Year's Eve.

Ms. H'Rứt Êban's family, a worker at 19/8 Farm, is celebrating Tet warmer this year when receiving 1 million VND in support from the trade union.
The money helps her buy more new clothes for her children and Tet food. She shared that timely attention is a great source of encouragement for the family to feel secure in working and striving for the new year.
Mr. Le Van Thanh, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation, said that the highlight this year is the spirit of strongly focusing on grassroots levels, prioritizing resources for union members and workers in industrial zones and clusters, clearly showing responsibility and the message "not leaving anyone behind".
According to Mr. Thanh, caring for Tet is not only meaningful at the time but also contributes to spreading human values and building harmonious and stable labor relations.
In the coming time, the trade union organization will continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, diversify forms of support to affirm its role in the new context.
