In the immediate future, three units have been announced to be established, including: Tan An Ward Trade Union, Buon Ma Thuot Ward and Hoa Phu Commune - where Hoa Phu Industrial Park and Tan An Industrial Cluster are located, with more than 7,000 workers working.
Ms. Ksor H' Vo - a worker at Tan An Industrial Cluster - said that for nearly 3 years, she has regularly received support from the grassroots union and the Buon Ma Thuot City Labor Federation (formerly), especially during holidays, Tet and Workers' Month.
In addition, the female worker also received health care and free medicine, contributing to significantly improving her life.
