Dak Lak Trade Union strengthens election propaganda at the grassroots level

Dak Lak - The Provincial Trade Union will promote election propaganda to the grassroots level, raising awareness for workers in industrial zones and clusters.

On March 1st, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said it would organize a visit to workers returning to production, and at the same time propagate about the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term. The program will be implemented from March 2nd to before March 6th.

The activity was carried out at Buon Ma Thuot Ward Trade Union, Tan An Ward Trade Union, Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union, Ea Knop Commune Trade Union, Tuy Hoa Ward Trade Union, Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union, Dong Hoa Ward Trade Union, Etul Commune Trade Union and a number of enterprise grassroots trade unions in Krong Pac commune, Ea Ktur commune, Buon Ho ward.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Standing Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - said that the activity aims to encourage the spirit of union members and workers after the Tet holiday; grasp the ideological situation, life, and jobs; encourage labor and production emulation right from the beginning of the year, and at the same time demonstrate the companion role of the trade union organization.

Units will promote propaganda and dissemination of laws on elections to officials, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers; helping to improve understanding of relevant regulations, clarify the purpose and meaning of the election, and the rights and obligations of citizens.

According to Ms. Huyen, propaganda work must be organized seriously, practically, effectively, and targeted to the right people; information must be accurate, easy to understand, and suitable to the specific work of workers, especially workers in industrial parks.
