On December 18, the Trade Union of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company said that Garment Factory 4 coordinated with the Trade Union of the Factory to organize the 2026 Workers' Conference, aiming to promote grassroots democracy, create a forum for workers to directly dialogue, contribute opinions and propose solutions to improve production and business efficiency, and better care for the lives and jobs of workers and laborers.
The conference was attended by the direction of the Company's leaders, including Mr. Nguyen Tien Hau - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, Deputy General Director of the Company and Mr. Dao Van Tu - Deputy General Director of the Company, along with representatives of departments, professional offices and a large number of union members and workers.
At the conference, representatives of the factory's leaders reported the results of the implementation of the 2025 Workers' Conference resolution, the production, business, employment and income situation of workers; and informed about key targets and tasks for 2026.
The conference also spent a lot of time for workers to frankly discuss and make recommendations related to working conditions, working hours, occupational safety and hygiene, salary, bonus, welfare and shift meals. The opinions and proposals were all received and answered directly by the leaders of the Company, Factory and Trade Union, demonstrating the spirit of openness, responsibility and respect for the voice of workers.
