Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, many grassroots trade unions in Dong Nai province are donating to all cadres and employees to support people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
On October 10, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Thong Nhat Commune) organized a fundraising event for all employees of the company to support people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
According to Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuan - Deputy Director of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company: Promoting the tradition of "mutual love", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" of the Vietnamese people, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union called on all officers and employees in the company to join the fundraising movement, support people in flood-affected areas, contribute to helping people in flood-affected areas soon stabilize their lives, restore production and overcome difficulties.
The entire amount of donations will be transferred by the company to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province to send to people in the Northern and Central provinces affected by storms and floods.
Similarly, the Trade Union of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune) has also announced a campaign for workers to support people in provinces and cities to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. called on all officers and employees of the entire factory to promote the spirit of "mutual love", "sharing food and clothes", reducing 1 working day, 1 breakfast, to join hands to share and help people in areas heavily damaged by the storm.
Previously, on October 6, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor also sent a document to grassroots unions to focus on implementing the recovery of the consequences of the storm.
According to the document, implementing Official Dispatch No. 708/TLD-QHLD dated October 3, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on proactively deploying support for union members and workers to overcome the consequences of the storm and respond to the Appeal of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province on the entire people supporting people in provinces and cities to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 (Bualoi);
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor recommends that grassroots unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor continue to increase propaganda to union members and workers about the complicated developments of the flood situation; coordinate with authorities and businesses to disseminate knowledge and skills in preventing, responding to and escaping natural disasters.
Participate in grasping information about the damage caused by floods that directly affected union members, workers or relatives of union members and workers; share and encourage the spirit, and proactively coordinate with employers to promptly propose support policies, visit and encourage union members and workers affected.
