Implementing the emulation movement plans of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Dong Thap province and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation has issued a plan to launch the emulation movement in 2026 with the theme: "Union members and workers emulation innovation - promoting digital transformation - improving productivity and efficiency; bringing the resolutions of the Party, VFF, Vietnam Trade Union and Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union into life".
Trade union levels have proactively advised Party committees, coordinated with authorities and businesses to concretize emulation content suitable for each field and industry; launched union members and workers to participate with many projects, products, technical innovation initiatives, and digital transformation solutions associated with production - business tasks and professional work.
Propaganda work has been promoted with many rich forms, such as: organizing trade union activities, direct propaganda at agencies, units, and businesses; posting news and articles on websites, Zalo, Facebook, internal newsletters; hanging over 150 banners, panels, and propaganda slogans in areas with many workers; building more than 120 infographics and short clips spreading on social networking platforms.
Through this, tens of thousands of union members and workers have been attracted to access, contributing to widely spreading the patriotic emulation spirit and glorious tradition of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

As a result, the whole province has had more than 500 topics, initiatives, and solutions effectively applied, contributing to saving over 3 billion VND for businesses and units.

In particular, the emulation project "Supporting the construction of 100 Trade Union Warm Houses" registered by the Provincial Labor Federation to celebrate the Congress exceeded the set target when it completed 131 houses with a total support budget of more than 7.49 billion VND, contributing to helping union members and workers in difficult circumstances stabilize their lives.
In addition, many new models and good practices continue to be replicated such as the "5 No Workers" model, the "Pregnant Women and Child Raising" Club, the game show "After Work", and the program "Happy Bus Trip" to support pregnant female union members in difficult circumstances to receive free maternity care.
