After the merger, the new Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) was established on the basis of merging the old Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor and the old Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor.
Along with perfecting the organizational structure, the new Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor has quickly built a direction and tasks for Trade Union work in the last 6 months of 2025, in which the key task is to focus on caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
In addition, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor also launched peak emulation movements to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union; improve the quality of the "Good workers, Creative workers" movements; deploy the Plan to implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
The emulation movement to achieve achievements to welcome Party congresses at all levels, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the 14th National Congress of the Party, along with major holidays and events of the Party and the country in 2025 were also widely launched by the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor. The goal is that each Trade Union organization must have at least one project or work to register to welcome the Party Congress at all levels.
At the same time, the Provincial Trade Union focuses on discovering and replicating good models and new factors; promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement, and at the same time deploy the work of evaluating, considering emulation and reward in 2025.
Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor - said that along with the caring work, in the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Federation of Labor plans to organize many key activities to celebrate major holidays such as: The 1st Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee Conference; activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day 2.9; Dancesport Competition among union members and workers; the program to celebrate the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; the ceremony of attaching a signboard to the project to celebrate the Provincial Party Congress and programs to care for Tet for union members and workers.
At the first Conference of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee, term 2023 - 2028, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan requested that the Provincial Federation of Labor urgently review all work in the approved plans and projects to reorganize the apparatus. If any problems or problems arise, it is necessary to quickly report them for timely resolution and resolution.
