On November 17, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union of Alena Vietnam Shoes Company Limited has just held the 3rd Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Attending and directing the Congress were Comrade Luong Trong Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor; members of the Provincial Trade Union Congress Steering Committee; The factory leadership and 150 delegates representing more than 11,000 union members and workers.
During the 2023 - 2025 term, the Company's Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative, caregiver and defender of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; coordinated with businesses to organize periodic dialogues, improve working conditions, and maintain stable welfare. The trade union also promotes the movement "Good workers - Creative workers", contributing to improving productivity, product quality and building a disciplined and safe working environment.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Luong Trong Thanh acknowledged the achievements of the Company's Trade Union in the past time. He emphasized the goal of Thanh Hoa becoming a new growth pole by 2030, and towards a civilized and model province by 2045. To achieve this goal, the Trade Union organization needs to promote the motto " Pioneering - Accompanying - Strengthening - Dedicating", in which "workers are the center, businesses are the foundation, trade unions are the connecting force", and at the same time "manage with the heart to create a driving force for sustainable development".
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, term III, consisting of 19 comrades and elected a delegation to attend the XXI Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union, including 7 official delegates and 1 absent delegate.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Trade Union of Alena Vietnam Shoes Company Limited aims to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity of union members and workers; strive to complete and exceed the targets set by the Congress Resolution, contributing to building a strong workforce and promoting sustainable development of the enterprise.
