The company's grassroots union currently has 534 union members, out of a total of more than 570 employees.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Minh - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union said that after the trade unions of the provincial Industrial Parks stopped operating, the grassroots trade unions still maintained their activities and took care of union members. Regimes such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, wages and bonuses are all fully implemented according to regulations.
