On October 24, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that in recent times, the Trade Union of Cypress Shoes Company Limited has implemented many practical activities to care for the lives and health of union members and workers, especially pregnant female workers and young children.

The company's trade union organized visits and gave gifts to union members, encouraging them to work with peace of mind and stick with the enterprise. Along with that, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union coordinated with the health department to organize a regular consultation and health check-up program, providing nutritional guidance and reasonable rest for pregnant and postpartum female workers.
