The products "Back apples off belly fat" and "N-collagen Lemon plus" have not been granted a certificate of receipt for announcement and confirmation of advertising content.
Both products are listed as dietary supplements, distributed and produced by companies in Ho Chi Minh City at Dan Phuong Industrial Park (Hanoi).
Although she was honked by the authorities, many other products of this hot girl continue to sell dozens of cosmetics and beauty functional foods on social networks.
Just go online to search for the keyword Ngan Collagen, dozens of websites and personal pages will appear advertising Ngan Collagen products, including the page Tran Bich Ngan with green ngan but still widely advertising many beauty products.
Most recently, the site has still advertised moisturizing collagen Ha frost Phun products to help brighten skin, smooth skin or collagen staphylococcal bird's nest or yellow ginseng face...
On commercial platforms, dozens of products such as N Collagen Natural Facelifting - American Ham NCollagen - Tran Thi Bich Ngan, NCollagen Green Natural Facelifting Tran Thi Bich Ngan, NCollagen Sunscreen... are still being sold. Even on Ngan Collagen's personal social platform, sales livestreams are still taking place regularly, introducing products for skin whitening, melasma treatment, collagen drinking, weight loss... with the commitment of "fast beauty", "effective after 7 days". Many other TikTok accounts also posted a video introducing a product named Ngan Collagen with a series of million-view clips.
Worryingly, information about the manufacturer, announced numbers, and expiration date of many products is unclear. Consumers are unable to verify the real quality, while the product is still being sold at high prices, targeting the psychology of foreign goods, white skin goods, and disease prevention.
Need to continue testing Ngan Collagen products
In fact, not only Ngan Collagen but many other functional foods are in a similar situation: being punished but still "living well" thanks to marketing tricks that defeat the fear of aging and fear of badness of many women. Meanwhile, consumers lack vigilance and are easily convinced by "winged" words without checking the legality or origin of the product.
After a period of silence, in early June, Ngan Collagen spoke out against controversies related to products distributed by her company. In the video posted on his personal page, Ngan affirmed: "All of the company's products are licensed, inspected and traded legally". At the same time, she presented a series of documents as evidence.
This is not the first time that Ngan Collagen products have been exposed by authorities. In 2021, her company was fined 35 million VND by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspectorate for false advertising on product labels, related to the lines "Detox N-Collagen Mineral Detox Disposal Disposal Massage", "serum Skin Care" and "Whitening perfect Cell".
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety and the Hanoi Food Safety and Hygiene Department are required to urgently inspect and verify the production activities of the products "apple soup with belly fat loss" and "N-collagen Lemon plus", and take samples for testing to determine if there are any banned substances. Up to now, the inspection results have not been announced.
