On the morning of October 23, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that the grassroots trade union of Haivina Hong Linh Company Limited has just held the 3rd Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.
Attending and directing the Congress were Comrade Nguyen The Hoan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Trade Union Working Committee, the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee, the Company's Board of Directors and 80 delegates representing more than 1,300 union members.
The Congress evaluated the results of activities in the 2023-2025 period and agreed on the direction of the new term with the focus of "taking union members as the center to organize all activities".
In his speech, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen The Hoan acknowledged the support of the Board of Directors in caring for the lives, ensuring jobs and working environment for workers; praised the comprehensive results of the grassroots trade union and requested the new Executive Committee to continue to innovate, be creative, promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union consisting of 11 comrades and elected a delegation to attend the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
