Accordingly, Hoa Binh province has organized a supervision at 3T VINA Garment Export Company Limited (Lien Son commune, Luong Son district) on the implementation of labor policies according to legal regulations.
At the meeting, the enterprise reported on production activities, implementation of compulsory social insurance, collective labor agreements, grassroots democracy regulations, shift meal regimes and payment of union fees.
The company currently employs over 120 workers, with an average income of VND 4,720,0009,000,000 million/person/month. The enterprise has implemented all the regimes according to regulations, organized mid-shift meals, and built collective labor agreements.
The monitoring delegation acknowledged the efforts of enterprises and pointed out shortcomings such as: not ensuring the payment of union funds in accordance with regulations, labor regulations that need to be updated according to new laws, and democratic regulations that are still formal. In particular, there are currently nearly 90 workers who have not joined the Trade Union, and need to be given full attention and facilitation.
A representative of 3T VINA Company proposed to be supported with funding to install milk storage rooms for female workers raising young children, promote propaganda on labor laws, support recruitment communication to attract local workers, contribute to maintaining stable production and expanding the scale of employment in the area.
The Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor is committed to receiving recommendations, coordinating with competent authorities to remove difficulties, increase care for the lives and legitimate rights of workers.
