According to the union's records, by the end of 2025, 100% of employees (more than 19,530 people) in the Group will have paid all types of social insurance according to regulations. Some units also buy personal insurance, life insurance for employees, and support for medical examination and treatment for employees, so they are excited and feel secure in their work.
In particular, 100% of units have signed Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs) to ensure the rights of employees. Over 90% of collective labor agreements of enterprises have at least 2 provisions that are more beneficial to employees.
Some typical provisions include wishing a long life to all four mothers and mothers over 80 years old on the occasion of Tet, supporting medical examination and treatment for workers; supporting childcare; purchasing personal insurance, life insurance for workers; visiting regimes such as giving and partying are over 1 million VND/time, workers until retirement age are allowed to retire 3 months early to receive full salary and go abroad; giving workers 2 days off if they pass or their siblings pass away or when their children are at weddings, supporting house rent...

The Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union and the Group's leaders have supported 9 disadvantaged facilities, over 4,700 families of poor workers, 350 children of workers with disabilities and Agent Orange, over 1,000 workers who had serious work accidents or suffered from occupational diseases with difficult allowances, with an amount of over 7 billion VND/year.

According to Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, in the coming time, the activities of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers need to be innovated and require trade unions at all levels to continue to improve their expertise, professionalism, solidarity, promote intelligence, and innovation to effectively perform their roles, functions, and tasks in the new situation.
Therefore, the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union will continue to direct units to organize well the Workers' Conference to promote democratic regulations at the grassroots level; 100% of enterprises sign collective labor agreements; 100% of employees are signed labor contracts and enjoy insurance regimes prescribed by the State. Internal regulations and rules related to workers are always supplemented and amended to protect workers, create fairness, and promote production development.
Trade unions at all levels need to closely follow and implement the grassroots democracy regulations well. Strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of labor laws and the Trade Union Law at enterprises, in order to promptly detect violations, promptly resolve problems, contribute to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, preventing labor disputes, collective work stoppages, and spontaneous strikes at enterprises.
