Arousing the spirit of emulation and creativity
In recent years, the Hung Yen Provincial Trade Union has ignited the spirit of patriotic emulation and creativity among union members and workers. Through the movements "Good labor, Creative labor", "Good advice, Good service", "Good at state affairs, good at housework" associated with studying and following Uncle Ho, many initiatives and good practices have been formed, contributing to improving production and business efficiency and work quality.
The movements become a driving force for union members and workers to promote responsibility, proactively innovate working methods, improve productivity and successfully complete professional tasks.
In particular, the movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" continues to create a clear mark. In 2025, the whole province had 4,422 recognized topics and initiatives, benefiting tens of billions of VND for businesses, units and society. Many typical collectives and individuals were praised and rewarded by the VGCL, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Labor Federation.
At the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and responding to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation continued to launch the movement "Innovation, technical improvement, improving labor productivity". On this occasion, 90 outstanding union members and workers in the movement "Good labor, creative labor" were commended.
Ms. Do Thi Huong - Chairwoman of Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation - said that emulation movements not only aim to improve labor productivity but also contribute to building a contingent of workers, civil servants, and laborers with firm political bravery and high professional qualifications, meeting development requirements in the new period.

From emulation movements launched by the Trade Union, many union members and workers have boldly researched and proposed initiatives that bring practical efficiency.
Ms. Dinh Thi Them - a worker at Innoflow Vina Co., Ltd. (Do Luong Industrial Cluster, Bac Tien Hung commune) - is one of the typical examples.
In 2025, she had the initiative to install iron magnets in cotton polishing machines and cotton sprayers. After being applied to actual production, the initiative helped businesses make a profit of about 300 million VND per year. With outstanding contributions, she was just praised by the Provincial Labor Federation in the "Good Labor, Creative Labor" movement during Workers' Month 2026.
Similarly, Mr. Do Van Thanh - an employee of the Technical Department of Canon Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Pho Noi A Industrial Park) - is also a typical face honored. The initiative to automatically assemble printer cover hinges researched by him has been applied to production, making a profit of about 900 million VND/year.
Not only in the business sector, emulation movements also create a widespread impact in the field of education. Mr. Tran Van To - Head of Mathematics - Informatics Team, Member of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Duc Hop High School - is one of the typical individuals. In the period 2020-2025, he was continuously recognized as a party member who excellently completed his tasks. The software "Learning Mathematics in English for 10th grade high school" built by him won the second prize at the provincial level.
According to Mr. To, the results achieved have the important companionship of the Trade Union organization in arousing the spirit of emulation and creativity in the team of officials and teachers.
