Responding to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Uc - Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company and the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Uc - Phu My Co., Ltd. organized the Program "Spreading innovative ideas in 2026".
The program aims to arouse the spirit of innovation and creativity in the workforce; create an environment for workers to boldly propose initiatives and solutions to improve techniques, improve labor productivity, product quality and business efficiency.
This is also one of the key targets implemented by Trade Union levels in Workers' Month 2026.
On this occasion, "Trade Union Meal" was organized in a warm and friendly atmosphere with the participation of business leaders, trade union officials and a large number of union members and workers.
Quality meals show the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization and businesses with union members and workers; contributing to encouraging the spirit of workers during Workers' Month.
Through activities and programs, a joyful atmosphere has been created, connecting workers with businesses and trade union organizations; thereby adding motivation for union members and workers to compete in good labor and creative labor, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
