On the morning of 8.6, the Trade Union of Quang Binh Economic Zone said that the units and unions of the industrial parks of Vinh Phuc province agreed to sign the working program for the period of 2025 - 2030, in order to improve the quality of operations and promote the role of trade union organization in industrial parks and economic zones of the two localities.
The coordination program sets a goal as a basis for concretizing trade union activities to new heights, promoting responsibility, cohesion and sharing experiences between the two units. The implementation will be carried out regularly, effectively, with focus, closely following practical requirements of caring for and protecting workers' rights.
According to the signing, the two sides will periodically organize working groups to exchange experiences, support training of union officials, connect grassroots unions, coordinate charity and source-based activities in disadvantaged communes or places with many workers in special circumstances.
The two provincial trade unions will also coordinate to promote the dissemination of legal policies and guidelines related to workers, occupational safety and hygiene, digital transformation in trade unions, and contribute ideas to develop laws and related regulations. Sharing experiences in handling labor disputes, collective bargaining, and building labor agreements is an important content.
The program also requires organizing a preliminary review, evaluating the annual coordination results and summarizing at the end of the stage. Each side will proactively develop detailed content suitable to local situations and conditions; at the same time, ensure the arrangement of facilities, staff and funding for implementation.
