On November 13, the Trade Union of Mega Surplus Vietnam Shoes Company Limited held its 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - attended and directed the Congress.
In the period of 2023-2025, the Trade Union of Mega Surplus Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. has done a good job of representing, caring for, and protecting, so it has received high trust from union members and workers.
Workers are cared for and cared for to implement the following regimes: support for childcare under 6 months old, allowances for diligence, meals, visits, a total of 464 million VND, birthday gifts of 93 million VND, mobilization of 25 million VND to help union members in difficulty and with serious illnesses.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the collective of union members and workers with the achieved results contributing to the overall results of trade union activities in the whole province.
Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi highly appreciated the caring work that the Trade Union Executive Committee coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors, especially every week to visit one or a few union member households in difficulty to visit, encourage and support, thereby helping union members and employees feel secure in their work and production, and become increasingly attached to the company and the trade union organization.
To effectively implement the goals, targets and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor recommends that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union focus on caring for and protecting the rights of employees, negotiating and signing collective labor agreements more effectively, organizing dialogues, accompanying businesses for jobs, income, and workers' lives.
The Congress elected 9 members of the Executive Committee (EC) for the second term, 2025-2030. In the first meeting, Mr. Truong Hoang Huynh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the company's Trade Union.
The Congress voted to approve 11 groups of targets to be implemented in the 2025-2030 term, in which the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union is determined to: ensure 100% of employees are mobilized to join the grassroots trade union.
