The Provincial Federation of Labor currently manages 632 grassroots unions and trade unions, with 162,976 union members out of a total of 182,858 workers. During the week, the Provincial Federation of Labor registered the need for training cadres in 2026, summarized 5 years of implementing Resolution 10b/NQ-BCH, scored the classification of grassroots trade unions in 2025, appraised collective labor agreements, and participated in the investigation of labor accidents at 620 Chau Thoi Concrete Company.
Issued many documents to care for union members such as the 2026 Lunar New Year plan, online Union Tet Market dispatch, implementation of occupational safety training, civil rights movement, application of Electronic Party Committee Handbook, and at the same time reminded businesses that have not paid union fees.
The Provincial Federation of Labor synthesized the settlement of union revenue and expenditure in 2025, prepared a budget for 2026, decided to dissolve 6 grassroots unions and announced the results of inspection and supervision of 6 other units, contributing to improving the effectiveness of management and protecting union members' rights.
