Bach Long Vi station has strong northeast winds of level 7, gusting to level 9; Con Co, Ly Son, Con Dao stations have strong gusts of level 7; Phu Quy station has strong gusts of level 8-9.
On the night of November 25 and November 26, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) will have northeast winds of level 7-8, gusting to level 9-10, rough seas, waves about 5-7m high.
The Gulf of Tonkin has northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas, waves about 2-4m high; the sea area from South Quang Tri to Ca Mau has northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, waves about 4-6m high.
The central East Sea area has strong winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, especially in the eastern sea area (including the northeastern sea area of Truong Sa), the wind gradually increases to level 6-7, near the storm's eye level 8-9, gusting to level 11, very rough seas, waves about 4-6m and 6-8m high in the area near the storm's eye.
In addition, on the night of November 25 and November 26, the central and southern East Sea (including Truong Sa special area) and the Gulf of Thailand will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the eastern sea area of the central East Sea, there will be storms; in thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 6-7.

The central East Sea area (including the sea area north of Truong Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 7, waves about 4-6m high; the area near the center of the storm has strong winds of level 9-10, gusts of level 12, waves about 6-8m high, very rough seas.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Ca Mau has strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, waves about 4-6m high, rough seas. The Gulf of Tonkin will have strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, waves about 2-4m high, and rough seas.
The meteorological agency warns of the risk of natural disasters at sea at level 2; in the eastern sea area of the central East Sea, it is level 3. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
