On November 22, the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor said that in Hau Nghia commune, it had just organized a training conference for grassroots union officials in Hau Nghia, Duc Lap, Hiep Hoa, Hoa Khanh, My Hanh, Dong Thanh, Binh Thanh, Moc Hoa, My Quy and Duc Hue communes, to prepare for the 2025-2030 grassroots union congress.
At the program, the Provincial Federation of Labor fully presented the congress organization process, including the system of documents to be issued, the consolidation of subcommittees serving the congress, the development of personnel projects, management content during the congress and implementation steps after the end. Grassroots officials are also disseminated regulations on spending regimes for organizing congresses in a unified and correct manner.
At the same time, the conference deployed key tasks on developing union members, establishing grassroots unions and plans to take care of the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026 with the theme "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng". The Provincial Federation of Labor requires units to ensure activities of visiting, giving gifts and providing practical support so that union members and workers have the conditions to celebrate Tet.
In the discussion, delegates focused on clarifying the contents of the structure of delegates attending the congress, regulations on personnel and organization procedures, thereby removing common problems at the grassroots level, contributing to preparing the congress close to the requirements of each unit.
Also on this occasion, the Center for Disease Control of Tay Ninh province coordinated to organize a training course on HIV/AIDS prevention and control knowledge for union officials attending the conference.
