Transfer trade union activities to the Vietnam Bank Trade Union for public service units that do not receive 100% of their salaries from the state budget (4 units). Transfer 3 grassroots trade unions to the Trade Union of the largest commercial banks under the project to restructure specially controlled commercial banks (CDCS of Vietnam Construction One Member Co., Ltd., CDCS of Ocean One Member Bank Limited, CDCS of Global Petroleum One Member Co., Ltd.).
In addition, the Vietnam Bank Trade Union continues to deploy the application of union member management software throughout the system. There have been more than 123,610 union member information updated to union member management software (accounting for 65.5% of the total number of union members).
Adapting to the context of strong digital transformation of the country, the Vietnam Bank Trade Union focuses on organizing online training and coaching.
In particular, the Vietnam Bank Trade Union organized an intensive training course "AI Application - Enhancing Work Efficiency" for union officials at all levels in Hanoi. The program was attended by more than 200 union officials.
The program aims to realize the spirit of the "Digital Citizen Learning" program launched by the Bank of Vietnam, with the goal of bringing artificial intelligence closer, becoming a powerful tool for all activities, from management, operation to communication.
With the goal of "Learning to do - Applying in practice", union officials are trained on how to operate AI and applied it to union activities, especially in communication work.
