On June 19, the Dak Lak Provincial Transport Trade Union informed that the unit had just held the 6th and 14th Industry Trade Union Executive Committee meeting, summarizing activities in the first 6 months of 2025.
In the first 6 months of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the industry have effectively implemented many activities, contributing to taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

Specifically, the industry union organized the 2025 Tet Sum vay program at the Provincial Labor Culture House and presented 100 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
The grassroots trade unions have allocated funds and coordinated with employers at agencies and enterprises to support thousands of union members and workers during Tet with a total cost of nearly 300 million VND.

In addition to taking care of union members' lives, the Dak Lak Provincial Transport Trade Union also actively organizes propaganda and mobilization teams to develop union members and establish grassroots unions in non-state enterprises. Union member development work is assigned specific targets to each unit.
Currently, the industry union manages 50 grassroots unions, with a total of 2,502 union members. Since the beginning of the year, the whole industry has admitted and developed 198 new union members.
Mr. Trinh Huu Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Transport Trade Union said: "In recent times, the Industry Trade Union has promoted its role in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers in accordance with the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation".
According to Mr. Thanh, besides advantages, the whole industry still faces many difficulties and challenges. However, grassroots trade unions will continue to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.
Thereby effectively implementing welfare programs, promptly supporting difficult cases, helping them stabilize their lives and complete assigned tasks well.
