News from An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on July 11 said: The Ward Trade Union organized a Conference to announce the decision to establish 2 grassroots trade unions at businesses in the area.
2 newly established grassroots trade unions include the grassroots trade union of Trung Viet Logistic Co., Ltd. and the grassroots trade union of EV Service and Consulting Co., Ltd., with a total of 54 union members.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Duc Tinh - Chairman of An Hai Ward Trade Union congratulated the newly established grassroots trade unions. Mr. Tinh emphasized that the establishment of trade union organizations at enterprises not only contributes to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees but also creates a bridge between employees and employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Leaders of the Ward Trade Union proposed that the executive committees of grassroots trade unions soon develop operating regulations, develop union members, deploy emulation movements, perform well the function of representing and caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; and at the same time actively coordinate with business leaders to organize practical activities, contributing to improving production and business efficiency.
The establishment of 2 more grassroots trade unions and the admission of 54 new union members continue to affirm the proactiveness of the An Hai Ward Trade Union in developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions in the spirit of renovating the organization and activities of trade unions.
