The Pleiku Ward Labor Federation participates in inspecting and supervising compliance with legal regulations; at the same time, mobilizing the establishment of mass Women's Committees at qualified enterprises, consolidating and improving the quality of women's work committees at the grassroots level.
The emulation movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" continues to be associated with the campaign "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families".
In addition, grassroots trade unions are guided to negotiate, sign collective labor agreements and implement the movement "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene".
