Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union launches digital grassroots trade union map

On May 17, the Trade Union of Tay Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa province organized a launching ceremony for Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026. At the same time, organized a thematic activity "Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style".

After the merger, there are 54 grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) in Tay Nha Trang ward with more than 7,500 union members.

Responding to Workers' Month 2026, local trade union levels mobilize union members and workers to propose initiatives and solutions for digital transformation in the workplace to promote the innovation movement and improve labor efficiency.

Grassroots trade unions coordinate with units and businesses to organize visits and support union members in difficult circumstances, who have had labor accidents or suffer from occupational diseases.

Implementing the programs "Thank you workers", "Trade Union meal"; strengthening the application of science and technology to monitor production processes, prevent accidents and improve working conditions.

At the launching ceremony, the Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union launched the Digital Map of addresses of grassroots trade unions in the area. This is one of the initiatives to digitally transform trade union activities implemented by the Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union.

The project will contribute to connecting and introducing the functions and operational tasks of units, thereby helping union members find them more easily.

Grassroots trade unions through Digital Maps exchange information and learn from new trade union initiative models, suitable for application to their units.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the digital map initiative of the Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union.

At the same time, he emphasized that grassroots trade unions should strengthen coordination with employers to promptly grasp the thoughts and opinions to effectively resolve the legitimate aspirations of union members.

Pay attention to improving the quality of labor agreements, striving for each agreement to have 3-5 clauses higher than regulations, more beneficial to workers.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Anh Minh - Chairman of Tay Nha Trang Ward People's Committee also requested units to proactively coordinate to organize good activities to care for the lives of workers in difficult circumstances.

For employers, it is necessary to deeply understand: employees are the most valuable assets of the enterprise. From there, regularly inspect, review, detect and promptly overcome unsafe risks, absolutely not for profit to neglect the lives and health of employees.
