Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Han Sang Heon - General Director of Vina Union Company Limited - said that in 2025, despite many difficulties, thanks to the consensus and sense of responsibility of all staff, workers and laborers, the company will still sturdyly develop, with production reaching 102% over the same period in 2024.
Currently, the company has about 1,400 employees, with an average income of 12 million VND/person/month.
At the conference, the Chairman of the company's trade union approved the synthesis of recommendations from employees such as: Aspirations for stable, long-term work, and care plans for union members...; Report on the implementation of emulation and reward movements, Report on the results of implementing collective labor agreements...
On behalf of the company's leadership, Mr. Han Sang Heon - General Director - listened to the opinions and appropriately answered the recommendations of the workers.
At the conference, delegates discussed issues related to the rights and regimes of workers, providing many specific solutions and orientations for development with the determination to excellently complete business tasks in the coming time.
