Implementing the Resolution of the 9th Ha Long Coal Company Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028 on developing union members and building a strong union organization, the Ha Long Coal Company Trade Union held a union admission ceremony for 76 newly recruited workers to work at the Company.
Speaking at the admission ceremony, Mr. Do Van Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Company expressed his wish, each new member will promote the spirit of creative labor, preserve the tradition of "discipline - concentric" of miners, labor efforts, learning, cultivating knowledge, solid professional skills and skilled in skills to master technology, access and application of science and technology in production reality; At the same time, actively participating in the emulation movement as well as activities launched by Trade Unions, innovating creativity and working hard to build trade unions and companies increasingly strong because of the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
On behalf of the 76 newly admitted union members, Mr. Ninh Van Thanh, a miner from Exploitation Workshop 3, expressed his gratitude to the attention of the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee and promised to strive to train and contribute to the movement of workers and civil servants as well as build an increasingly strong Company's Trade Union organization.
