According to Chairman of TKV Trade Union Le Thanh Xuan, in recent times, trade unions at all levels in the industry have organized an emulation movement in a practical direction, contributing to the comprehensive completion of production and business targets.

In 2024, cadres, union members and workers in the Coal and Mineral Industries had 3,362 recognized topics and initiatives with a value of more than 120 billion VND. In the fourth quarter of 2024 alone, the trade union in coordination with the profession launched an emulation campaign, mobilizing 200,223 employees to participate in production on Sundays and holidays, thereby contributing 662,581 tons of raw coal, 7,194m of mines and 5,935,795m3 of peeling soil and rock; 396,800 tons of alumina; 7,960 tons of copper to contribute to the implementation of the general plan of the units and TKV.
