At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor approved the decision of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee on ending the activities of the Party Delegation, Party Executive Committee, and Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc from February 1, 2025.
Accordingly, the activities of 8 party delegations, 3 party executive committees and the Party Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc ended.
The Standing Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor also approved Project No. 26 dated January 24, 2025 of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee on reorganizing and streamlining the organizational structure of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Specifically, the plan to reorganize the Provincial Federation of Labor from 4 committees to 3 committees. Merge the Committee of Legal Policy and Labor Relations, the Committee of Propaganda and Women's Union into the Professional Committee; reorganize 3 industry unions and equivalents including: Education Industry Union, Health Industry Union, Provincial Civil Servants Union; establish the Provincial Party and Government Bloc Union under the Provincial Federation of Labor; maintain the model of the Industrial Parks Union of Yen Bai province.
The conference also approved the conclusions of the Party Delegation of the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor on cadres who retired before the retirement age (phase I); decisions to dissolve the Education Sector Trade Union, the Health Sector Trade Union, and the Yen Bai Provincial Civil Servants Trade Union; decisions to establish the Party - Government Bloc Trade Union and decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman; decisions to transfer and appoint full-time union officials; decisions to hand over grassroots trade unions under the Education Sector Trade Union, the Health Sector Trade Union, and the Provincial Civil Servants Trade Union to the direct superior grassroots trade unions.
According to Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat - Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial Labor Federation, to ensure that after the organization is reorganized and put into effective operation, without leaving any vacancies, the transferred and appointed cadres must continue to promote their sense of responsibility, capacity, qualifications, and strive to perform well the assigned tasks, take care to build and maintain solidarity and unity based on the Party's regulations, the State's laws and working regulations, contributing to building a clean and strong collective and unit.
The trade unions of Party and Government agencies urgently stabilized the organization, issued working regulations, work programs and assigned specific tasks.
Units and individuals proactively coordinate and seriously implement the issued decisions.
