This is an activity that the Company's Trade Union has maintained since 2023, raising workers' awareness of complying with regulations and rules in the collective housing area; at the same time, effectively implementing the movement "Each person - One job each day, contributing to making the collective housing area green and clean" associated with the emulation movement "Bright - Green - Clean".
The Women's Union of the Company's Trade Union directly registered to undertake the project, directed and assigned women's groups to deploy according to each workload; coordinated with inspection teams of the departmental trade union on the last Saturday of the month to visit each collective housing area to grasp the opinions and aspirations of workers, and reported to the Company's Trade Union in a timely manner to coordinate with the Resolution Specialist.
Along with that, union officials also directly met, propagated, reminded workers and their families and relatives to visit, and raised awareness in participating in daily cleaning in the living room.
