After arranging administrative units and streamlining the apparatus, Tran Yen Commune Trade Union manages 24 grassroots trade unions with 1,294 union members. The average income of workers at enterprises reaches about 6.5 million VND/person/month.
Trade union levels have synchronously deployed activities to care for and protect the rights of union members; effectively organized the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", Workers' Month, awarded and supported over 2,160 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; supported the construction of 5 "Trade Union Homes".
Organization development work achieved positive results with 3 newly established grassroots trade unions, 100 union members admitted, 10/11 targets assigned by Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation were completed and exceeded the plan.
In 2026, Tran Yen Commune Trade Union determined the goal of continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation; focusing on developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions in non-state-owned enterprises; improving the efficiency of caring for and representing the protection of workers' rights; promoting digital transformation, emulation for good workers, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels.
At the conference, Mr. Vu Cao Minh - Standing Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Labor Federation to 2 collectives and 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong Trade Union organization; typical in the cultural and artistic movement in 2025.
