On the morning of January 23, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to propagate, study, and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, and deploy it directly in localities in the province.
At the conference, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Standing Vice President of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - chaired and directly implemented the key contents of the Resolution. The overarching goal of the term is to build a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization; focusing on representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers in the province.
Along with thoroughly grasping the Resolution, the conference deployed the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution, emphasizing the requirement for Trade Union levels to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction.
The focus is on developing union members, building strong grassroots trade unions; promoting digital transformation in management, taking care of welfare, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi reminded grassroots trade unions during the Lunar New Year to pay special attention to caring for the lives of union members and workers; proactively coordinate and propose businesses to fully and on time pay salaries and bonuses according to regulations, so that workers can feel secure in celebrating spring and welcoming a warm and complete Tet.
