Promoting the spirit of thrift
On May 10, within the framework of the Forum "Youth startups, career establishment in the digital age - Connecting ideas, accompanying development", Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City, in coordination with the Commune Youth Union, launched the model "Heo dat dong hanh supporting youth startups, overcoming difficulties".
The model was launched at 37 youth union branches directly under Nam Phuoc Commune Youth Union, aiming to mobilize union members and youth to participate in saving and voluntary contributions, creating internal resources to support youth in difficult circumstances, youth overcoming difficulties and youth with suitable startup and career ideas.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan - Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Phuoc commune, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nam Phuoc commune said: The model is implemented with the desire to promote the spirit of thrift, sharing, and responsibility of union members and youth.
At the same time, create more resources in the Youth Union organization to promptly support young people in difficult circumstances, union members overcoming difficulties to rise up, young people with suitable startup and career ideas and will to rise up.
The model was launched for 1 month. In the spirit of voluntariness, thrift and sharing, each union member and youth member can contribute from 5,000 VND to 10,000 VND, or depending on their ability, to jointly create a fund to support youth right from the grassroots level.
The fund mobilized from the model will be managed publicly, transparently, for the right purpose, prioritizing support for young people in difficult circumstances, young people overcoming difficulties to rise up, young people with suitable startup and career ideas; thereby contributing to helping the Youth Union organization accompany young people more practically after today's forum.
Through this model, each youth union branch will have an additional specific way to mobilize union members and youth to join hands, accumulate and accompany.
Each contribution is small, but if maintained regularly, publicly, and for the right purpose, it will become a great source of encouragement, contributing to adding conditions and faith for young people who are striving to overcome difficulties, learn a profession, find jobs, start a business and start a career.
I believe that, with the spirit of "each union member doing a small job, each branch union taking a practical action", the model "Pig of land accompanying and supporting youth to start businesses and overcome difficulties" will be effectively implemented, spreading the spirit of sharing, and arousing the will to rise up, start businesses, and establish a career among union members and youth in Nam Phuoc commune" - Mr. Thuan said.
Continuing "Trade Union Heo Dat - Accompanying and Sharing
Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union said: the model "Heo dat" accompanying and supporting young people to start businesses and overcome difficulties is a continuation and replication of the model "Heo dat Cong doan - Dong hanh chia" launched by Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union to 20 grassroots trade unions directly under it, in order to create resources to support union members in difficult circumstances and continue to spread the spirit of mutual affection and love.
According to Ms. Lam Thi Vy, the model "Trade Union Pig - Accompanying and Sharing" is an initiative of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union. This model was born in the context that Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, after being established from July 1, 2025, has had many social activities, but does not have many resources, and must mobilize socialization from all levels of government and businesses. Currently, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union also sponsors 12 poor students overcoming difficulties who are children of workers in the area.
When launching the program "Trade Union Heo Dat - Accompanying and Sharing", we called for the savings of union members and grassroots trade union organizations, although not much, but it will help the organization have more resources to be more proactive in its activities as well as serve the work of caring for union members and workers in difficult circumstances" - Ms. Vy said.
On this occasion, in addition to launching the "Heo dat dong hanh" model to support youth entrepreneurship and overcoming difficulties, the Trade Union and Youth Union of Nam Phuoc commune also launched the Advisory Group to support youth entrepreneurship and career establishment in Nam Phuoc commune in 2026.
The advisory group is expected to be a bridge between youth and businesses, economic models and support resources; promptly advise, orient, and provide information on employment, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and career establishment suitable to the needs of youth and the actual conditions of the locality.
