On July 1, Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union (Dak Lak province) informed that the unit had organized a conference to summarize trade union activities in the first 6 months of the year and deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
In the first 6 months of 2026, trade union levels in Hoa Phu commune have focused on effectively implementing the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The commune trade union and grassroots trade unions directly under it have closely followed the political tasks of the locality, units and resolutions of trade unions at all levels; proactively developed plans and work programs, and effectively implemented the key tasks set out.
Emulation movements and activities to care for the lives of union members and workers have been practically implemented, contributing to enhancing the role and position of trade union organizations at the grassroots level. Basic targets and tasks have all been achieved and exceeded the assigned plan.
In which, some outstanding results include the establishment of 4 new grassroots trade unions, reaching 200% of the target assigned by the Provincial Labor Federation; developing an additional 500 union members, reaching 166% of the plan; considering supporting funding for construction and awarding 8 "Trade Union Homes", reaching 80% of the assigned target.
In the last 6 months of 2026, Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union will continue to focus on performing well the task of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers;
promote union member development, establish grassroots trade unions; improve the quality of trade union organization activities; strengthen the application of information technology in management and administration.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded 13 certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and trade union activities in 2025.
At the same time, specialized certificates of merit were awarded to 1 collective with outstanding achievements in the cultural and sports emulation movement in 2025.
