News from Thang An Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on July 18 said: Thang An Commune Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision on the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Truong Tho Cons Service and Construction Co., Ltd.
At the conference, representatives of Thang An Commune Trade Union announced the decisions to establish grassroots trade unions, appoint the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of grassroots trade unions of the Da Nang City Labor Federation.
Accordingly, the grassroots Trade Union of Truong Tho Cons Service and Construction Co., Ltd. has 79 union members who are employees working at the enterprise. The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union includes 5 members, and the Inspection Committee includes 3 members.
According to the decision of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, Ms. Do Thi Thuy was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Truong Tho Cons Service and Construction Co., Ltd.; Ms. Phan Thi Boi Ngoc was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, leaders of Thang An Commune Trade Union congratulated the Executive Committee and 79 union members who have officially joined the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
At the same time, he emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions not only creates conditions for workers to be cared for, represented and protected in their legitimate and lawful rights and interests, but also contributes to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Leaders of the Commune Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union quickly develop operating regulations and assign specific tasks to each member.
Proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; effectively organize patriotic emulation movements and activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members.
Strengthen coordination with business leaders to well implement grassroots democracy regulations, contributing to building a stable working environment, creating motivation for businesses to develop sustainably.
