The grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Pou Hung Vietnam Co., Ltd. coordinated with the company's board of directors to organize a ceremony to respond to "Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health 2026" with the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation, improving labor productivity".
Attending the program were Mr. Tran Le Duy - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of industrial park trade unions, the Provincial Women's Union, local leaders and business boards.

Within the framework of Workers' Month 2026, grassroots trade unions and businesses implement many activities to care for union members and workers.
The unit has rewarded 18 outstanding union members and workers with a total budget of 59 million VND; awarded 80 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances who suffered labor accidents with a total budget of 48 million VND.
The Trade Union also supported the construction of 1 "Trade Union Home" for union members in housing difficulties with a budget of 80 million VND; and presented Workers' Month gifts to more than 10,000 union members and employees in the company with a total budget of more than 3 billion VND.

In addition to care activities, Pou Hung Vietnam Co., Ltd. also organizes sports festivals for workers with many contents such as football, cross-country running, sack jumping, slow cycling, tug-of-war and lucky draws. The total budget for sports festival activities is more than 90 million VND.
According to representatives of grassroots trade unions, activities in response to Workers' Month not only contribute to caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers but also create motivation for labor and production emulation, improving productivity and connecting workers with businesses.
