At the program, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh handed over meaningful Tet gifts to workers working in industrial zones and clusters in the province and people in Dien Dien commune - an area heavily damaged in the recent historic flood.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh sent New Year greetings to nearly 500 workers and people in difficult circumstances.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh shared that for many years, every Tet holiday, spring comes, Party and State leaders, along with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, have always paid special attention and mobilized resources to care for Tet for the poor and workers in difficult circumstances.
For Khanh Hoa, in 2025, besides the socio-economic development results, the locality also faced a historic flood that caused heavy damage. In that context, the general spirit is "no one is left behind, no one is without Tet".


Receiving Tet gifts from the National Assembly leaders, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Huong - a worker at Nha Trang Garment Material Joint Stock Company - could not hide her emotion. She said that the recent flood caused her house to be flooded to the roof, and all assets were damaged.
Ms. Huong is the main breadwinner with an income of more than 6 million VND per month. From this salary, Ms. Huong has to raise two young children and take care of her elderly parents.
The Tet gift is very meaningful, helping my family have more conditions to shop for our children and parents to celebrate Tet. Despite heavy damage after the flood, thanks to the concern of the government, trade union and company, my family is preparing for a warmer Tet," Ms. Huong shared.
On this occasion, Mr. Phan Van Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented 70 gifts to union members and workers (each gift worth 1.3 million VND).
Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation also presented 75 "Tet Sum vay" gifts to union members in difficult circumstances at Dien Phu Industrial Cluster, each gift worth 1 million VND in cash.

On the same day, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh and the working delegation visited Vina Nha Trang Mechanical Joint Stock Company - a business heavily damaged in the recent floods.
At the same time, the working delegation presented 40 Tet gifts from the Party and State to workers in difficult circumstances working at businesses in the area, each gift worth 2.3 million VND.
