On September 21, according to information from the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City), the working delegation including representatives of the Company's Board of Directors, the Executive Board of the Trade Union, and union officials and workers - set out to support the people of the North to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3, with a donation of nearly 4 billion VND donated by all workers in the company, the Company's Board of Directors and Korean experts.
From September 30 to October 5, the working delegation of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Vinh Cuu District) will also go to support the people of the North to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 in the three provinces of Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Tuyen Quang, the amount of support is 3 billion VND, of which 2 billion is donated by the company's workers and 1 billion VND from the Company's Board of Directors.
Previously, on September 12, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. urgently transferred 1,000 life jackets to Vinh Phuc province to support people.
On September 18, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation announced that after a week of launching a campaign to support flood victims in the northern provinces affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi storm), cadres, union members, and workers in the province and the unit have collected 1.4 billion VND. This is the first round of donations and the unit has transferred them to the Dong Nai Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to promptly support the people.
Currently, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation is continuing to call on union members, workers and civil servants to continue joining hands to help people in affected northern provinces and cities to soon stabilize their lives.
