The program took place on the evening of February 7, bringing a warm atmosphere and sharing to 500 union members and workers working at enterprises in industrial parks, especially those in difficult circumstances who do not have the conditions to return home for Tet.
According to Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairwoman of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation, the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" has profound humanistic meaning, showing the concern of the Party, State, Trade Union organization and business community for union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances.
Through the program, the Trade Union organization wishes all union members and workers to celebrate a warm and reunited Tet, thereby adding faith and motivation to feel secure in sticking with businesses and competing in labor and production right from the beginning of the new year.
At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 500 Tet gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND in cash, along with essential necessities.
Along with that, many businesses in Sa Dec Industrial Park continue to accompany the Trade Union organization in taking care of Tet for workers through supporting Tet gifts, train and bus tickets for workers to return to their hometowns to reunite with their families and building Trade Union Homes for union members in particularly difficult circumstances. The total cost of caring for workers during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 in the industrial park is more than 21 billion VND.
In addition to care activities, the program also took place sôi nổi with art performances celebrating the Party and Spring, performed by union members, workers and participating units; along with a lucky draw program with many valuable prizes, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, strengthening the cohesion among workers.
The program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" at Sa Dec Industrial Park closes a series of 4 Tet care programs for union members and workers organized by the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation in 2026 in industrial zones and clusters: Long Giang Industrial Park, Tan Huong Industrial Park, Trung An - My Tho Industrial Cluster and Sa Dec Industrial Park.
In the coming time, the Provincial Labor Federation will continue to organize visits and allowances for union members and workers in difficult circumstances; visit officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers on duty on New Year's Eve.
