As one of 100 workers and civil servants (CNVCLD) receiving the title of "Initiative and Creative among Workers and Employees of the Capital" in 2025 at the Hanoi City Skilled Workers' Competition Award Ceremony 2025, honoring "Initiatives and Creativity among Workers and Employees of the Capital" in 2025 organized by the City Labor Federation in coordination with the City People's Committee, Mr. Ha Xuan Qui Anh - Stanley Vietnam Electricity Company Limited - expressed his hope that the Hanoi City Labor Federation will continue to maintain the activity of praising initiatives and creativity to promptly encourage and motivate the efforts of workers to constantly strive.

In addition to those who were awarded the title of "Initiative and Creative among the Capital's Workers" in 2025, the workers who won prizes at the Hanoi City Skilled Workers' Competition in 2025 also affirmed that emulation is the basis for them to strive.

In 2025, from the emulation movement launched by the union, there will be 80,925 initiatives recognized at the grassroots level.
From 682 initiatives and scientific topics selected and proposed from the grassroots level, the Emulation Council of the City Labor Federation has selected and recognized 100 outstanding "Initiatives among Workers in the Capital" in 2025. Of the total 682 initiatives sent to the Hanoi City Labor Federation, there are 536 initiatives that are calculated to be worth profits in money, with a profit of more than 363 billion VND.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu highly appreciated the Hanoi City Confederation of Labor's way of organizing emulation movements in general and creative initiatives in particular.According to the Vice Chairman, material benefits are the most specific and practical motivation to promote initiatives and creativity in each employee, therefore it is recommended that when negotiating, negotiating, and signing Collective Labor Agreements, it is necessary to include in the regulations to enjoy the rights of people with creative initiatives commensurate with their contributions.
