More than 60 initiatives each year
In just 5 years, workers have contributed more than 300 initiatives - Mr. Nguyen Van Viet - Chairman of the Trade Union of Cong Tien Garment Joint Stock Company - shared. That number is impressive when the enterprise only has more than 1,000 employees. It is worth mentioning that most of the initiatives are practical, focusing on key stages in the chain, contributing to improving product quality and production efficiency.
Typically: "Improving the programming of sewing to answer for hips", "Improving the programming of organizing a parade of round bag covers" by Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu, or "Improving the programming of planking and decorating the back city", "Improving the hat-ching rope cutting through the blocker button", "Improving the 2-need machine running the plot of the wire" by Mr. Phan Van Vi... Thereby contributing to reducing manual operations, both standardizing the product of the enterprise and stabilizing the production progress on time for orders. But more importantly, it also contributes to improving the economic benefits and position of the enterprise.
In the past 5 years alone, patriotic emulation movements such as: Creative Labor, technical improvement... launched by the Trade Union organization have attracted hundreds of workers to respond.
With only over 300 outstanding initiatives, the company has benefited and saved over 10 billion VND. That is not to mention the value of these initiatives and improvements that have brought the company many large rewards that are difficult to measure in money.
Over the past 5 years, 26 workers have received the Creative Labor Certificate of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 1 union official has received the Nguyen Van Linh Award, 1 worker has received the Nguyen Duc Canh Award... and the grassroots union has been awarded the Emulation Flag by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for 5 consecutive years...
Trade unions spread creative motivation
The Trade Union organization itself has spread motivation for our employees to create initiatives - Ms. Tran Thi Anh Thu, author of 2 initiatives that save the company over 200 million VND/year, shared.
In addition to quickly responding to the patriotic emulation movement launched by the Trade Union organization, the company's Trade Union also regularly innovates the content and methods of launching and nurturing to maximize the response of employees at enterprises. Notably, the development of flexible reward regulations and an initiative registration mechanism in the direction of digitalization, simplifying procedures so that all employees can participate.
According to Mr. Viet, to be encouraging, in addition to maintaining the salary and bonus regime, the Trade Union proactively proposed that the company's leaders develop flexible reward regulations. Accordingly, all initiatives from unsuccessful initiatives to beneficial initiatives will receive bonuses. But the most important thing is to build a mechanism for all employees to easily and boldly register for initiatives.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union proposed solutions and implemented the " application of Google Form and QR Code to receive initiatives at the pass". This not only motivates a group of workers with high skills and well-trained skills to participate in responding to projects with high scientific content... but also promotes the strength of the entire unit, such as workers with high school qualifications, female workers who boldly respond...
Typically, Ms. Tran Thi Anh Thu, although with a 10/12 level, before the influence of the Trade Union organization, boldly registered and contributed to the two enterprises to make important improvements. Or in the case of Mr. Phan Van Vi, although his qualifications are only 9/12, over the past 5 years he has implemented 9 initiatives, saving, benefiting the company nearly 1.5 billion VND...
