"Therefore, I always wonder, how to have quality products that are as economical as raw materials for businesses? That question kept coming back to me, urging me to research and find effective methods to increase productivity and reduce loss, especially since I am in charge of an important production team of the company, said Mr. Nguyen Van Thiet.
One of Mr. Thiet's outstanding initiatives is the scale to lift and lower goods with a load capacity of 2 tons. According to Mr. Thiet, in the past, when transporting goods up and down the floor, moving goods onto cars was done by hand, with the average daily effort of a carrier, requiring 5 workers, the labor cost was about 2 million VND/day.
After applying his initiative, the company took advantage of old-copy steel and steel materials at the workshop from other mechanical production work. In addition, it reduces transportation time, reduces labor, thereby increasing labor productivity and increasing profits for the company.
According to Mr. Thiet's calculation, applying the solution of elevating and lowering goods has helped reduce the cost of carrying goods and the time for workers to transport. Thanks to that, average annual sales increased by VND 998,400,000.
Mr. Thiet said that compared to similar products, this scale and unloading solution has a load-bearing force 3 times greater, which will have the advantage of lifting many goods on one trip as well as easily loading many types of goods at the same time, thereby helping to reduce transportation time.
With his initiatives and improvements, during his work, he was trusted by the company's leadership and assigned many different jobs and responsibilities. He has received many compliments, compliments and reward decisions from the company. For 5 consecutive years, he has been commended and rewarded by the general director and director of the company in front of the collective. Mr. Thiet is one of the workers in Bac Ninh attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress among workers and civil servants in 2025.
Mr. Thiet always helps, marries, and trains workers during his time working at Thong Nhat. During his work, he has helped and trained about 230 colleagues.
