With 15 years of establishment and development, Lam Dong aluminum Company not only affirms its production and business capacity effectively but also marks the journey of mastering technology and optimizing the alumina production line.
Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Lam Dong aluminum Company - said that the Trade Union always identifies workers as the most valuable asset of the enterprise.
Currently, the Company creates stable jobs for 1,339 employees, with an average income of 19.5 million VND/person/month.

According to Ms. Hoa, the Trade Union regularly coordinates with the Board of Directors to ensure full regimes and policies and care for workers' lives.
100% of workers receive regular health check-ups; only those working in harsh, toxic environments are examined twice a year.
The cost of health examination at the Company is higher than the level approved by the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group, because the Company proactively adds screening contents such as cancer, thyroid, etc. The additional cost is taken from the unit's welfare fund.
The company also fully implements social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and union funds in accordance with the provisions of law. The implementation of labor contracts, collective labor agreements, and labor regulations are strictly followed according to the Group's regulations.

Every year, the Company allocates nearly 1.8 billion VND to give Tet gifts to staff and workers; at the same time, supports the cost of buses and buses for workers from 2 to 3 million VND/person/year.
Training and improving the qualifications of workers
Along with caring for and ensuring full policies and regimes for workers, Lam Dong aluminum Company also implements many training programs to improve knowledge, skills, professional expertise and skills for workers and technical staff.
Mr. Nguyen Van Phong - Director of Lam Dong aluminum Company - said: "In 2025, the company will continue to coordinate to open a university degree class with two majors in Materials Engineering. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for workers to register to participate in studying, improving their qualifications and skills".

To promote the creativity of workers, every year, the Company's Trade Union launches emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Promoting initiatives, technical improvement" ... attracting a large number of officers and employees to participate.
At the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, the Company's Trade Union also implemented a policy to partially support the cost of childcare for employees with children in kindergarten and kindergarten age, with a support level of 160,000 VND/month.
These practical activities have contributed to strengthening the harmonious and close relationship between businesses and employees; at the same time, enhancing the image and reputation of Lam Dong aluminum Company in the community.
According to the plan, in 2025, Lam Dong aluminum Company plans to pay the State budget more than 1,055 billion VND, reaching 363% of the plan. Profit from production and business activities is estimated at VND 116.3 billion, equal to 352.4% of the plan.
