According to the company's union representative, the company is estimated to spend about 500 - 600 billion VND to give Tet bonuses to union members and workers.
Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited (Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai Province) currently has 40,881 employees, of which the rate of union members is 99.9%.
The average income in 2025 of workers is nearly 12 million VND/month.

According to the company's leadership representative, the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus for union members and employees will receive an average of 14.5 million VND/ employee, more than 20% higher than the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus.
It is known that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, Chang Shin Vietnam Company will apply the same bonus level as last year in accordance with the policy established in the collective labor agreement.
Accordingly, employees who have worked for a full year will receive a Lunar New Year bonus of 100% of their salary, equivalent to 1 month's salary.
Employees who work for an additional year will receive an additional 5% and the highest rate is 200%, equivalent to 2 months' salary.
In addition, Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited also decided to give a bonus of VND 200,000/person for the 2025 New Year.
