On the evening of June 29, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police said that the unit had issued a decision to fine a driver for carrying people on the vehicle in violation of regulations.
Accordingly, at around 5:00 p.m. the same day, Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department received a report with a video clip from local residents about a pickup truck with license plate 29H-582.xx running on Thang Long Avenue carrying many children in the car body behind the cabin.
The above behavior poses a potential risk to traffic safety.

Immediately after receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 organized a verification, clarified the driver and invited him to work.
At about 5:30 p.m. the same day, driver V.V.T (born in 1994, residing in Hoai Duc district, Hanoi) arrived at the headquarters of Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 to work.
At the police station, Mr. T confirmed that at about 4:45 p.m. the same day, he drove the above pickup truck carrying the children who are relatives in the family from the Military Museum home.
While moving, he left the children to sit in the back of the car.
After being informed and explained about the level of danger and the law, Mr. T admitted to the violation.

Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 has issued a fine according to regulations. According to Decree 168, the act of driving a passenger car on the vehicle's body will be subject to a fine of 4 to 6 million VND and a deduction of 6 points on the driving license.
