Responding to the series of activities in March to honor the modern beauty, dexterity and spirit of "Good at state affairs - Good at housework" of female officials and employees (VCNLĐ), the Trade Union of Hung Yen University of Technical Education has just launched a photo contest with the theme "Women's workspace - Clean office, bright frame".
The contest is for all female VCNLĐ living in women's work groups in schools. Contestants can participate in two forms: collective corner, showing the cohesion and consensus of women's work groups in building a neat and friendly working environment; or personal corner, where each female VCNLĐ shows her own mark and aesthetic taste in the daily working space.
Through the contest, the organizing committee wishes to encourage female VCNLĐ to innovate the working space according to the criteria "Clean - Green - Bright".
In which, working corners need to be arranged with scientific records and documents, neatly; decorated with green trees, fresh flowers or friendly items to create a positive working environment; and at the same time record dynamic and inspiring working moments in the early days of the new semester.
Each unit or individual submits 1 entry photo with a short explanation introducing the working space and the message they want to convey. Entries are sent to the School Trade Union Office via the link provided by the organizers. After receiving them, the works will be posted on the School Trade Union fanpage for online voting.
The contest results are calculated according to a combined score scale between the judges and online voting, in which each time expressing emotions on a post is counted as 1 point, each public share is counted as 3 points. The final score includes 50% from the judges and 50% from online voting.
The judging panel will score based on the main criteria including: cleanliness and neatness of the working space; creativity in decoration; and inspirational narrative content about love for the profession, attachment to the unit.
According to the plan, the time to receive entries is from March 4 to the end of March 7, 2026. The entries will then be posted for online voting from 7 am on March 8 to 10 am on March 12, 2026.
